Visits, jobs and everything else.
Book a visit to price something up, a day’s work, or time that isn’t a job: “Block out Friday afternoon for the wholesalers.” A visit is an hour unless you say otherwise, and work runs to the end of your working day.
If it clashes with something already in, you’re told. It still books it, because some days you do two things at once, and that’s your call.

02Moved in a word
Plans change. Move it in a word.
“Mrs Patel wants Thursday instead.” It moves, keeping the same hours. In the Diary itself, hold a booking and drag it to another time, with Undo if you slip, or tap an empty hour to book it there.

Remind me, and it will.
“Remind me Friday at 2 to chase the Willow Lane invoice.” It comes through at the time you said, even in quiet hours, with Done and In 1 hour on the notification. Your reminders sit in the Diary, and show when you ask what’s on.
