Morning brief and evening wrapEvery morning. You know where you stand.
Tools Down speaks up before you think to ask. First thing on a working day, what’s on and what’s overdue. At the end of it, what’s finished but not invoiced and which quotes are still waiting. And whenever you ask what’s on, who’s late paying and which quotes have gone quiet, with Follow up.
iPhone. First month free, no card.
Tools Down: Mrs Patel at 8, then you’re free. Ellis still owes £600.

Before the kettle’s boiled, you know the day.
At 07:30 on a working day, a notification with your first job and anything overdue. Tap it and the Diary opens on today. On a day with nothing to tell you, it stays quiet.
A new chat in the morning offers “What’s on today?”. Tap it and you see today’s jobs, who’s late paying, quotes with no answer after a week with Follow up, accepted work waiting for a date with Book it in, and your reminders.
Mrs Patel at 08:00.
£600 overdue on 1 invoice.
02Gone quiet
The quote you forgot gets a nudge.
A quote with no answer after a week is in the evening wrap, and under Waiting, with Follow up, when you ask what’s on. Tap Follow up and Tools Down drafts a short message for you to send, in your words. Nothing goes to your customer by itself.
Tools Down: Here’s one you could send: “Hi Sarah, just checking the kitchen rewire quote came through. Happy to answer anything. Chris”
03The evening wrap
At the end of the day, nothing left hanging.
At 18:00 on a working day: jobs finished today and not invoiced, visits made and not quoted, quotes still waiting on an answer, and what tomorrow starts with. Tap it and the Diary opens on tomorrow.
1 job finished today and not invoiced.
Sarah Hughes hasn’t answered Q-0143 in 8 days. Tomorrow: 08:00 Taylor.
04Reminders and tips
What you asked for, when you asked for it.
Reminders you set come through at the time you said, even in quiet hours: “Remind me Friday at 2 to chase the Willow Lane invoice.” They show in the Diary, and when you ask what’s on.
And once a day at most, a new chat shows a tip on something it can do that you haven’t tried, like “You can book a job by saying ‘Patel Tuesday morning’.” Tap it and the words are in the box, ready to change.
