01Your prices
Your prices, in your business’s name.
It uses the prices you give it. If a line has no price, it makes the quote anyway and asks you for that one thing.
The quote carries your business name, logo and colour, on a page and a PDF. Your business name is asked for the first time a quote goes out, and your logo and colour are in Settings whenever you want them. Prices can be plus VAT or including it, as you say them.

02Accepted in one tap
They say yes on their phone.
Share it from your phone as a link or a PDF, by text, WhatsApp or email. The link opens a page with your quote on it, and two buttons: Accept this quote, or Not this time. A deposit paid on it counts as a yes.
When they accept, you get a notification. Tap it and Tools Down books them in. Every quote you send is valid for 30 days, or however long you set in Settings.

03Gone quiet
No answer for a week? The wrap tells you.
A quote with no answer after a week is in the evening wrap, and shows under Waiting, with a Follow up button, when you ask what’s on. Tap Follow up and Tools Down drafts a short message for you to send. Nothing goes to your customer by itself.
