Payment remindersMoney in. Without the chasing.
If an invoice you’ve sent isn’t paid, your customer gets a reminder 3, 7 and 14 days after it’s due, by email, in your business’s name. They stop when it’s paid and they’re free on every plan. The invoice shows when the next one goes, and you can pause them or turn them off.

Three reminders, then it stops.
An unpaid invoice is chased at 9am, 3, 7 and 14 days after it’s due, or after the day you sent it if it has no due date. Before each one goes, it checks what’s still owed, and once the invoice is marked paid the rest are cancelled. The invoice always shows when the next one goes.
You’re told too: on the morning of the first reminder, who’s late and how much is still owed, and each time a reminder goes.
Sam Reid is late on INV-0151.
£735 still owed.
02In your name
Polite, then firmer, and always yours.
Each reminder goes by email from your business name, with your logo and colour, and replies go to your business email. Each carries your bank details, so paying is one transfer away.
The first is a quick note. The second says it was due and is still outstanding. The third asks to get it settled, and says to get in touch if there’s a problem or they need more time.

Rather ring them? Pause it on the invoice.
Pause reminders is on the invoice’s card in the chat and in its menu. Tap Next reminder on the invoice to move it to another date, or set Reminders to On, Paused or Off; turning them back on starts again from that day. Or stop them for a customer altogether, on the customer.
If a reminder can’t be sent, you get a nudge instead, so you can send it yourself.

Questions about the reminders
Do the reminders cost anything?
No. They’re free on every plan, and they never count as messages.
Can I stop them for one customer?
Yes. Pause or turn them off on any invoice, or turn them off for a customer altogether, and nothing more goes to them.
What does my customer see?
An email from your business name, with your logo and colour, saying what’s owed on which invoice, with your bank details. Replies go to your business email.
How does it know they’ve paid?
You tell it: mark the invoice paid, or say “Sam Reid paid £735”. Any reminders still to go are cancelled.
